The International Central Region (ICR) is a virtual region made up of SCBWI members around the world who are living in countries without a local SCBWI chapter. Elisabeth Norton acts as Regional Advisor for the ICR.
 As members of SCBWI, ICR members can participate in any SCBWI program offered by any region worldwide.
